The instructions supplied are clear, and the box & kit are well designed. I have not had to use tech support.

  • Rahul Ahir: Customer service unavailable. I tried to contact to know whether the clinic is open or not but I was unable to contact. I request to please upload the correct contact number on google.
  • Tushar Jain: Fraud and Cheaters. Beware of them. Given a defective product. Now they are not repairing it nor giving a refund. Staff and owner are so rude. Please don't destroy your hearing power by purchasing products from here. We did and my father is now having problems due to this. They even insult you. Now we are going to take legal action against them as they have been ignoring us for the last 5 months.
